Addison did such a great job! I love the scalp analysis and seeing the before/ after! She explained everything she would be doing! The other head spas I’ve been to use a lot of tools, not their hands, and that was not the case with Urban! The service didn’t feel rushed at all! The facial cleanse was quick but everything was very relaxing and I will go back!
